а) (одна из облигаций, в которую вложены средства инвестиционного фонда или которая формирует активы траста, т. е. облигация, лежащая в основе акции/пая данного фонда (траста) и создающая основу для доходов, получаемых вкладчиком фонда (бенефициарами траста))
